GRID INDEX
| Signal | Value |
|---|---|
| Grid Activity Score | 0.00 |
| ERCOT Queue | 4.30 TW |
| Defense Hardware | $0.0B |
The **Grid Index** is a momentum-weighted composite scored 0.0–5.0 that measures the expansion velocity of civilization's physical substrate. Measured in **Kilo Grid Units (KGU)**, it tracks the actual movement of energy, compute, and sovereign capital. The index is derived from: **Grid Activity (40%)** — composite of interconnection queue acceleration and load momentum; **Nuclear (15%)**, **Compute (15%)**, and **Geopolitical Energy (15%)** news velocity; and **Sovereign Capital (15%)** — the flow of defense hardware contracts. A score above 3.0 KGU indicates a coordinated phase-shift into a higher-energy state.
